Cancellation policy

…. Full refund if you need to cancel up to five days before check-in

…. 50% refund if you need to cancel up to three days but less than five days before check-in

…. No refund if cancelling less than three days before check-in (but do get in touch in exceptional circumstances and we will see what we can do).
