Payment arrangements

On confirmation of your booking, we will send you an invoice by e-mail. This will include details to enable you to pay for your booking by bank transfer. Your booking will remain provisional until paid in full. Once paid for, bookings will be made firm. Bookings not paid for in full two weeks before check-in will be cancelled.

If you need to cancel your booking, we will make you an appropriate refund (see Rates and cancellation policy) by bank transfer within five working days.
